Tungsten Carbide Coating
The 316 Grade Stainless Steel Screw conveying solids through the press is treated with a 2mm Tungsten Carbide Coating to increase its hardness. This extends the operating life of the screw by up to 50%.
Special Thermal Surface Technology
Our 316 Grade Stainless Steel Discs are treated with a Special Thermal Surface Technology to drastically increase the hardness of the material. This significantly increases corrosion resistance and extends the wear life of the discs.
